Turn a useful skill
into a clear offer.

Draft one sentence a potential client can understand: who it serves, what changes, how long it takes, how the work is bounded, and what visible proof ends the engagement.

THE WORKING FORMULA

One customer. One result. One finish line.

I help [specific customer] get [concrete result] in [believable window] through [bounded service]—ending with [visible proof].

This format forces useful decisions. “Small businesses” becomes a recognizable situation. “Consulting” becomes a bounded piece of work. “Growth” becomes an artifact or operational change the buyer can inspect. The sentence is a starting hypothesis, not a permanent identity.

01 / CUSTOMER

Name a situation.

Choose people whose current problem you can recognize and whose work you understand. “Independent trainers moving inquiries out of scattered messages” creates a clearer conversation than “entrepreneurs.”

02 / RESULT

Describe the change.

Use a finish line inside your control: a tested intake flow, a repaired booking path, a scoped launch page, or a weekly follow-up system. Avoid revenue or traffic outcomes you cannot guarantee.

03 / WINDOW

Make time believable.

The delivery window should include preparation, client input, execution, one bounded review, and handoff. A shorter number is not stronger when the work cannot reliably fit inside it.

04 / PROOF

End with evidence.

Name what the buyer can inspect: a working version, process map, exported tracker, handoff guide, or before-and-after flow. Specific proof makes an unfamiliar offer easier to evaluate.
